Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Muscle Nation. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Please carefully read our Returns Policy to ensure a smooth process.
Return Instructions
To initiate the return process, please click on the following link: Return Portal. Follow the instructions provided on the portal to complete your return.
Return Requirements
- Your item must be sent within 15 days from the date your order was dispatched.
- A $6.00 fee for the return shipping label will be deducted from your store credit (applicable only for Australian customers).
- Customers outside of Australia are responsible for the cost of returning items, including the shipping fee.
- Acceptable Reasons for Returns:
Your item can be returned if:
- It is faulty or not of acceptable quality.
- It is not fit for its intended purpose.
- The product does not match the sample or our description.
Supplements:
- Supplements are only returnable if unopened, with the seal unbroken, and in perfect resalable condition, in the original packaging.
- Ensure all seals are intact and the tub has not been opened for supplement returns.
- Contact us via email for approval before returning supplements.
Unacceptable Returns:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in impeccable condition.
- Garments with odors, blemishes, signs of wear and tear, or covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
- Tags must still be attached.
- Undergarments and socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Return Process Timeline:
- Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be finalised from when the parcel is received at our warehouse.
- A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of lodging your return.
Store Credit:
- Store credit will be provided for non-faulty items.
- Store credit can be used to repurchase items or choose something different from our website.
- Shipping costs are not included in store credit.
Timeframe for Returns:
- Items must be sent within 14 days from when your order was dispatched.
- Unfortunately, returns cannot be processed after 15 days from the purchase receipt.
Final Sale Items/Promotions/Discount Codes
- Final Sale Items: All items listed within the Archive Page (Final Sale) are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Promotions/Discount Codes: Items purchased at 40% off or higher during limited-time promos are eligible for store credit only.
Faulty Returns
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at orders@musclenationofficial.com with your order number and photos of the fault/damage.
